Be sure to get ready to get into a Christmas mood!
Ingredients
- 6 whole large eggs
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon rum extract (optional)
- 1 quart whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 pinch fresh ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Step 1: Beat together those badass eggs, milk, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt (easiest to use a blender or hand mixer on a low speed)
- Step 2: Beat the heavy cream until some sweet soft peaks form. Whip it. Whip it good.
- Step 3: Fold in the egg/milk mixture to the whipped cream (be gentle!) and sprinkle that shit with nutmeg.
- Step 4: Chill for at least an hour before serving with some extra freshly grated nutmeg. And maybe some spiced rum!
